Wiseman is altering Chibiusa's memories and showing her fake images, making her think that nobody loves her.
He raps her around with evil energy that reacts with her anger and
hatred, and turns her into a fully grown woman, with the mark of the Dark Moon clan on her forehead.
Wiseman then introduces her to Prince Diamande as Black Lady, queen of darkness, and tells him that with her powers,
he could easily conquer earth.
At the crystal palace, Sailor Pluto contacts the senshi, that were looking for Chibiusa ever since she disappeared,
and tells them she's gone to the past and they must follow her, for something bad must've happened to her.
When they get to the past, they see an evil aura and rush to see what it is. Suddenly, Black Lady appears,
preventing them from approaching. Luna-P ball recognizes her and floats to her side (his mark also changes to the Dark Moon clan's)
and hugs it and says it's her only friend.
The senshi are shocked to realize she's actually Chibiusa, but she tells them she no longer goes by that name and attacks them.
Sailor Moon uses the Ginzuisho to restore her memories to normal, but just as it starts to work and Sailor Moon manages to prove
Chibiusa that everyone love her, Wiseman appears and erases all those happy memories. He tells her that everything she saw was an
illusion,
since she is so eager to be loved. She's convinced that nobody loves her yet again, turns back into Black Lady and disappears. As the sun rises,
Sailor Moon is determined to bring Chibiusa back.
